"Totally dysfunctional, we went there, ordered food came out wrong, rather than resolving, the waitress started stating its not her fault as she didn't take the order. This is 1. Not the point and 2. You represent the establishment. We never implied that it was her fault, but after three attempts to bring out the wrong food, we had to step in firmly and were offered an immediate refund for the mistaken dish. This is OK, but for such a simple menu, not acceptable situation. Secondly, 20 mins to get a masala Chai. Until we chased, no one was dealing with the order. It was ready to go. We were there for almost 2 hours for a fast lunch. Not visiting again."
