"Our waiter Vidyadher Rego was very friendly and attentive. My partner brought me to this restaurant inside the Grafton Hotel, in Tottenham Crt Rd. I explained that this is my first time eating lobster. He recommended the grilled lobster. I had it with salad. My partner had lobster with chips. Very nice meal. Lovely easy listening music in the background. Made us want to get up and dance once we finished our meal."

"We really enjoyed everything about steak and lobster it was our first visit. however, I was confused about the Seht menu and the à la cart menu. I chose the Kağtçı and I tried many times to call because they were trying to charge me the same money for my seven-year-old daughter as myself and my 14-year-old son so it didn’t make sense to get the menu. I must’ve at least picked up so I could clarify the situation. When we got there I asked about it and they said that we were unable to get the menu and that we should have called to explain that we were my seven-year-old daughter and that she didn’t have to pay the menu. I explained that nobody was picking up. So we paid nearly £180 including the service charge which I felt was quite expensive even though we really did enjoy the meal. I don’t think we would do it again."

"Excellent service from start to finish Christina who served us was lovely she was friendly, polite and attentive she gave exceptional customer service recommending a lovely passion fruit cocktail. Unfortunately we were not able to pay the service charge this time round round but that surely was not due to my partner and I faulting the service which we recieved."

"Everything was excellent, the food was delicious. We didn't know how to use the tools to crack the lobster that helped waiter. When it was our jubilee, they put rose petals on the table and gave us a free wilderness that said "fortunate anniversary" on the plate. Value for money was also really good! 2 starters, 3 power supplies, 2 cocktails, 2 brandy’s, 1 dessert and a few extras less than £200! Very recommended."
