"I had a birthday dinner at Bouchon du Rossi last night. I usually give this restaurant five stars, but unfortunately not this time. It seemed that there were several large bookings that evening which affected the overall experience. The food was not as good as usual, with some dishes being served warm instead of hot. The chips were hard and the portion sizes were smaller than before. The dessert we ordered to take home was packed poorly and had started melting by the time we ate it. Despite these issues, the waitstaff, including the owner's partner, were working hard and were friendly and welcoming as always. They are one of the main reasons we continue to come back to this restaurant."
