"Thoroughly enjoyed this. Having lived in Canada but not been back for a few years this was a fantastic experience. The food was delicious. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars for it was that I found the gravy on the poutine a bit too thick for my liking and it was exceptionally salty. But this didn't dampen the experience. My Hatch burger was fantastic and even came in a gluten free bun which was fabulous for me, as lots of places do not offer this. I also love that you have Bellfield Pilsner on tap. I will definitely be coming again on my next trip to Edinburgh."
