"My partner and I dined at this restaurant last year (2021) and were disappointed to find that both of our chicken bulgogi dishes were lacking in flavor - there was literally no taste at all. It was quite unusual. Despite this, my partner had ordered from Kim's multiple times during lockdown and had raved about it, so we decided to give it another chance, thinking it may have just been an off day. However, when we returned in September 2022, we found that both the spicy chicken and chicken bulgogi dishes still lacked any discernible flavor. It was a shame because the chicken was incredibly crispy and the rice was perfectly fluffy, but unfortunately, the seasoning was nonexistent."
