"I ordered from this restaurant based on its positive reviews, and while the food arrived mostly on time, it was actually the wrong order. I called the restaurant, and they insisted that my order was on its way, refusing to listen to my concerns. Fortunately, the correct order arrived shortly after, but the meal was quite disappointing. The food was bland, to say the least; the spare ribs were overcooked and tough, and everything else tasted as unappealing as it looked. I was really let down, especially since our usual Chinese takeout is far better."
