"It took over an hour for our starters to arrive, and they forgot my husband's completely. The same happened with our main courses—another meal for our daughter was missed. There were zero apologies; at one point, I got a frustrating shrug when I asked about our food. The food itself was terrible. There was no bread or pizza available at all. My mother-in-law ordered seafood linguine but only found three empty clams in it, with nothing else.
Despite the two forgotten meals, we weren’t offered any discounts on our bill or even an apology. I was so embarrassed to be there on what should have been a special occasion. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Avoid it at all costs."
