"We have been using this company for 4 years and usually have fairly good food. A few months ago, I found out that I was being overcharged for a Your Choice Pizza, £2.80 and I always order a Your Choice. When I spoke to the staff, they were rude and wouldn 't accept that I had been overcharged and said that they had sent me a free pizza well they did, a replacement for the one they put tomatoes on when I asked for no tomato as always as I 'm allergic! The free pizza was also burnt and looked nothing like the nice ones they had sent earlier! Fast forward a few months and I now order a meat special, no tomato base, so that I don 't get overcharged for a Your Choice . Today they sent me a new menu as they have upped their prices and dropped their standards. We ordered a garlic bread with cheese pizza and a meat special with no tomato base. Both came burnt. I have taken 2 mouthfuls of the meat special and it tastes vile and my mouth is going numb so they 've obviously changed the ingredients. Pizza is going in the bin. However, credit where it is due, the adult chicken nuggets and chips was very good!"
