"The poor thing about Cielo Prlr is their service. Our table was booked at 7:30pm and by time our order was taken it was roughly 8:30pm, a whole hour later. Our food took 30-45 minutes to arrive however one dish was completely wrong therefore had to wait a further 20 minutes to receive a different meal (not the original one which was wanted). We had booked the lounge for 9:30pm but got to our reservation a little late which was not our fault but then told we had to wait. In the lounge we ordered dessert which was given roughly after 20 minutes without cutlery which we had ask 3 different staff members for. Eventually when we got the cutlery to eat our desserts (we asked for spoons), we were given knives and forks. The food was a little over average, the ambience was nice and the price is reasonable, however the service was appalling so I personally would not recommend going."
