"Unfortunately, all of our food arrived cold, despite the restaurant being nearly empty. The shisha burnt out quickly, and when we mentioned it to the staff, they insisted that it wasn't burnt. They didn't bother to check on it, which resulted in our shisha burning faster than usual. They refused to address the issue and insisted we pay for more if we wanted a refill.
As for the cocktails, they seemed to contain little to no alcohol and were excessively sweet—possibly the worst cocktails I’ve ever tasted. I’ve visited countless shisha lounges over the years, and this one takes the prize for being the worst, especially considering how overpriced it was for what we received.
The overall experience was so disappointing that we ended up leaving earlier than planned due to the abysmal service. To make matters worse, when we went to pay, we were informed that it was cash only. It all felt very untrustworthy. I would not recommend this place to anyone."
