"We’ve been here a few times and never had a problem, but this visit was very disappointing. Only 2 servers on shift and they appeared to be rushed off their feet, I felt sorry for them. They were polite and took our orders around 2:15pm. Come 3:30 we had our starters (they forgot one of our starters, however, and 2 drinks . No sign of mains (other people who came after us got their food, paid and left! until I enquired about them and suddenly they arrived. We asked for no egg on a vegan bibimbap and it came with an egg and had to be sent back. Lettuce for the bulgogi was also forgotten. Food was good, as usual. Tasty and hot. However, portions seemed a little smaller and presentation was rushed. Get more staff on! And train your staff. They are always polite but clearly inexperienced in waiting tables. I’m afraid we won’t be going back. Such a poor visit with massive delays to getting starters, mains and drinks. My parent’s especially weren’t impressed even though they have both enjoyed visits before. Such a shame."
