"Great take away for Indian food. We tried the Saag Paneer Muttar and the garam masala. We also ordered the special rice and chicken fried rice. It was great! Definitely my go to Indian take out in Aberdeen! To our surprise, we ordered pizza and it was amazing!!! We could not believe how tasty it was! Of course it's not authentic pizza but it's an Indian pizza. The bread tasted like naan and it's amazing! There were so many dishes to choose from and it took us quite awhile to decide which one we wanted to order. We waited quite long for the order but definitely worth the wait."

"We have been frequenting this restaurant for years and it has always been our favorite Indian spot. On New Year's Eve, we placed an order for delivery at 5:30 pm and were told it would take 1.5 to 2 hours. Unfortunately, the food never arrived and despite trying to call numerous times, there was no answer. The next day, I went to the restaurant as soon as they opened to address the issue. They claimed all deliveries had been made, but while I was there, the phone rang multiple times with other customers experiencing the same problem - no food delivered but payment taken. The staff said there was nothing they could do and I am now waiting for my bank to resolve the issue. As regular customers who spend at least £60 a month at this restaurant, we were extremely disappointed and will not be returning."

"I've ordered from this restaurant a few times and overall, it was a bit inconsistent. Any issues were promptly resolved by the ordering app, but there were still a few minor problems. However, tonight's meal was exceptional and one of the best curry experiences we've had. In fact, it was so good that I felt compelled to call and thank the chef! Cheers!"

"We ordered food from the restaurant today. Whilst the first curry that arrived was good, they forgot to send out, or I suspect make, the second curry for my partner. We rang them up to say it hadn’t arrived and they arranged for a driver to come send it out. I also asked for a can of coke to be added to order as a goodwill gesture. It then took them half an hour to deliver the second curry by which time the other food we ordered had gone cold. When the driver arrived, he then demanded money for the can of coke to which we stated we didn’t have and shouldn’t have to pay given the mistake they made. He then stated this “wasn’t his problem” so he left with the drink. This was absolutely poor on their part customer service wise and has put a dampener on the food we would have otherwise enjoyed. Not to mention the curry that did arrive had an embarrassingly small amount of prawns in the curry. Would not recommend."

"Tonight I ordered from Paprika for the first time after reading their reviews. The food was that good I have to leave my own. When placing my order it was simple, easy and quick, the food arrived 20 minutes later and at £11.50, including delivery, for a chicken pakora starter, chicken madras, egg fried rice, keema nan, onion salad and a poppadom I thought this was a bargain. I couldn't believe my eyes when eating the food how fresh and tasty it all was. I will definitely be using Paprika again and cant recommend them enough."
