"Ordered online delivery on New Years Eve at 4:30pm with 45min delivery time .At 6pm phoned and told food def on way . It did arrive ... dripping wet soggy esp. Naan poppadoms . Absolutely foul . Rice was missing from order too we phoned for explanation of what one meal actually consisted of as it was like scrapings out of a deep fat fryer and dripping in grease ? Yes- it was that bad. Got offered discount from next order but I was unhappy with this option but they wouldn’t deliver missing items or 1 replacement meal we stay approx 15mins from restaurant! . I suggested I’d collect which was accepted . Rice was ok- replacement poppadoms chips just as bad 2nd time . Not sure what went wrong , but it was seriously awful took shine off end of year celebrations . Will NOT use again ."

"We started using Bonoful when our closet Indian takeaway went downhill and we would not go anywhere else. The delivery is a real bonus for us as many don't deliver out to our village. The service and food are both fabulous and the discount offered for collection is also great when we have time to collect. The food is always delicious and hot and the welcome is warm whthe that's when we collect or when delivered and the owner always knows and remembers who we are . Have recommend Dec and would continue to do so."

I must say that I was extremely impressed and even a bit frustrated that I only have one stomach, as the food was truly magical and delicious. The dishes prepared by the chefs were a delight to the taste buds and I was completely enamored with the flavors. Additionally, the restaurant itself was beautifully decorated, clean, and pleasant. "I recently visited this restaurant because it is local and I had read some good reviews. It can be difficult to find a restaurant with a 5-star hygiene rating. However, I was not completely satisfied with my experience. The naan bread was delivered at the end of the meal, which the manager explained was traditional. My husband's lamb dish was chewy and tough, and when we mentioned this, we were told that this was how it should be. As we were leaving, I mentioned that I would not be returning, and the manager followed us out onto the street, arguing that my husband had ordered the wrong dish, which is why it had not been to our liking. My chicken kahari was decent, but my son's tali was mediocre at best. Despite the mixed experience, I would still recommend giving this restaurant a try, as the manager's behavior reminded me of characters from the show "Fawlty Towers.""

"My family and I were looking forward to enjoying a meal at this restaurant, but unfortunately we experienced poor customer service. The person who took our order failed to include one of the items we had requested. So I recommend it for group booking. at a point it was a little difficult to get service when they have a lot waiter, but it is understandable if there were big bookings! was also happy for them that they were so busy. really great ambiente and would come back definitiw."

"We visited this restaurant for the first time today and had a wonderful experience. The lady who welcomed us was extremely friendly (I wish I had remembered her name). We have a couple of allergies, and she was very helpful in accommodating them. My husband and children enjoyed the carvery, while my mother and I opted for curry with naan and rice. The carvery was very good, with the server being clear and thorough in addressing our allergies and very friendly with my daughter. The curries were amazing. I had the butter milk chicken, which I believe was one of the best curries I have had in a long time. The naan was fresh and clearly homemade. We will definitely be returning to try more of their curries. Thank you so much for a great experience!"

"The restaurant didn't have my reservation even though I made it through open table so there was waiting around. The waiters were not attentive. The service was very slow and the food wasn't that great. I found the waiters quite standoffish because we were Asian and could understand their language but they tried to make it like they couldn't understand. I went with my parents who are in their 60's as they wanted to try out something different from home cooking. I would not go there again."

"Had several different dishes and starters. Blandest curry i have ever had in my entire life. Non of the dishes tasted of anything except bland plain gravy. Couldnt even tell the difference between the lemon rice and the garlic rice so the chef needs replacing. Needless to say will never order from this shambolic establishment ever again. Buyers beware"

"I ordered two calzones from this restaurant and had to walk 5 minutes up the road to pick them up. When I checked them with a food probe, they were only 32 degrees and cold. I called the restaurant and my wife went back to exchange them. The girl behind the counter said she would make us two more, but then the manager walked in and demanded that we either take the cold ones or pay for two more. I went down myself to confront them and was met with a mouthful of abuse. They claimed the calzones went cold on the walk home and then started blaming two drunk customers in the shop. This whole experience was an absolute joke and I will never be coming back again."

"2nd visit here and was a spur of the moment meal. Staff really on the ball to get menu and drinks sorted. Nice poppadoms and pickles tray to start, then a Dhansak which was sweer rather than hot and sour, still really good. Washed down with a pint of bicycle club IPA, first for me and very drinkable. "Another wonderful Friday night with Sunny, Ryan, Ray Ikbal. Situated in the heart of Solihull town centre and just across the road from Solihull church. This wonderful restaurant is situated in a former mansion (grade 2 listed) and has some low beams that add to the character. The staff are only too willing to help you with your choice of food. Don’t be shy, if you don’t like your curry too hot! The staff with only be too happy to point you to the right dish. Being a vegetarian can sometimes be a challenge for me when visiting restaurants. But not at Panchuli’s. If you like your curry hot then try Pumpkin Spinach Madras or if you like it mild then Paneer Tikka Masala and there’s number of other curry’s in between to suit the most discerning customer."
