"I’ve had dinner at the Carnaby and Soho locations which have been excellent. The Covent Garden location was a different experience. Seating was behind a corner so it was very easy to forget us. My friend had ordered a drink which the waiter forgot to bring. We waited a long time for the drink and finally waived a different waiter to come to take our order. They forgot our waters and we had to waive them to bring them. The noodles weren’t as good as the other locations. When the bill came they added an additional charge for a charity which I was under the impression was optional to add not optional to remove. All in all a disappointing evening."
