"Hawaiian cuisine what the hell is that? I'm embarrassed to say that's actually a legitimate question. Growing up, we were all exposed Hawaiian items like Hawaiian pizza, Hawaiian burgers and hell, even Hawaiian ham and from this, I drew 2 conclusions: 1) Hawaiians really REALLY like pineapple and; 2) it's just not very good.
