"We are giving this restaurant 4 stars this time, but we still enjoy coming back. The location and ambiance are as unique as usual, the food is of high quality, and the innovative restaurant and dining concept is enjoyable. However, the "soup" pifferlings were not to our liking. Unfortunately, the service was a bit inconsistent this evening, not due to the lack of skills or eloquence of our servers, but simply because they seemed to be absent at times. Everything took longer than usual, possibly due to the upcoming renovation of the hotel. We look forward to the re-opening!"
