"my complaint concerns my booking. I booked weeks in advance so we can enjoy the view from the dachrestaurant. I used the open table system and booked on the line. I received a confirmation by email. the day before I received another email. I took them with me, thank you for the good. at the arrival we were greeted and said we were not on the booking list. we wanted to get up and say the same thing again. when I wrote the confirmation, we were allowed to eat, but instead of a window, we were pushed in the middle of the room. all the windows were empty, as it was only 6pm. we had traveled a stretch with the train for my friends 50th birthday, so they imagined my embarrassment when it occurred. that was nice to eat."
