"We went to the restaurant at the right time and we were told that there was no reservation on our name. When we showed them the email we had, they told us there is nothing they can do as all tables are already occupied and we would have to go somewhere else. No explanationadjustments were offered and I consider it highly unprofessional.We couldn't dine there but the restaurant "signed us in" anyway on opentable"
