"I ordered a delivery because I’m unwell. Usually I go into the shop and queue with everyone else, which I don’t mind doing because the food is always fresh. DON’T order a DELIVERY. Fish was covered in a batter which was like leather, it was hard and glutinous terrible. Chips were cold and more bits than actual chips. What a shame they can’t get the delivery side of their business on tune"

"I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this restaurant. It used to be a favorite spot of ours, but recently it seems they are taking advantage of customers by overcharging and serving lower quality food. It's unacceptable to charge high prices for food that is no longer worth it. This is not the first time we have had issues with our orders being incorrect or overcharged. It's time for this restaurant to address these issues and improve their attitude towards their customers."
