"Manager was very unprofessional, we didn’t get seated for over 20 minutes even though we’d pre booked a table beforehand. People with new reservations were seated before us and the service was very poor throughout the evening. To add further insult, they attempted to apply a service charge to our meal! Attempting to get a drink was a task, which is a shame because we spent over £200 with the limited drinks we had, we would have been more than happy to spend more if offered!"
