"Seriously, don't order from this place unless you want your money, time and consume terrible food. It's just one of the worst fish and chips and kebabs I've ever eaten. The fish and chips were boiled and the amount of oil and fat on it was laid by this world. The Kebab Special was atrocious!. I never had a kebab covered with cheese sauce and had such a high quality and tasteless meat that was on the edge of the finish. the chili sauce tasted strange. More than 75 percent of the entire meal went into the container"

"We were on a mini-break in Canterbury. We stayed in a remote part of Canterbury. We decided to order a takeaway and chosen Jaspers, a pizza, kebab, burgers and wraps. It was easy to order from, took our order and the food came with 25 minutes. We ordered a chicken shish and Lamb shish with chicken wings. We had the best pita bread ever for a kebabs. It was large and soft not the normal hard pita bread you get. They even took my payment upon collection with the wireless machine, wasn't too sure if it could get connectivity but it did. Great food and service. Highly recommend"

"This restaurant on Gloucester High Street seems to be the only one with a top hygiene rating. The place is clean, but the food is very greasy. It's good for a quick bite after a night out, but not a suitable choice for a proper dinner."

"I ordered the meal deal for two people from Manor Plaice. The food was delivered on time and the staff were friendly when I placed my order. The fish was perfectly cooked and the battered mushrooms were also delicious. Everything was piping hot as well. The portion sizes were generous and I cannot fault anything. Well done Manor Plaice!"

"This used to be a great place but after the other day, I can only put it down to 2 things. The health inspector was in putting the staff off or the staff completely screwed up both pizzas. I ordered a hot one and I’ve no idea what I got. No chillis just olives and mushrooms and bits of what I think was spicy beef. My wife’s was not what she ordered either. At least the onion rings were correct. The pizza base also seemed chewy in the sense it was rubbery. Not good."

"I went to Assos with 6 others for a birthday lunch. We ordered the sharing meze and a selection of other starters to share. The food was delicious and plentiful and the staff were very accommodating in responding to our perhaps unusual requests. Excellent value for money and the quality is always very good."

"Very disappointed with the lady in the cut off tracksuit bottoms and scuffed primark pumps. Upon ordering and walking due to no delivery drivers we were then given the incorrect order. Only realising once we were home it was too late and far to recollect. We called and the gentleman offered us our missing burger and one complimentary burger. The following day we collected our good will gesture food that was accompanied with a free drink each too. Once we had a warm welcome, we then waited for our burgers. A waitress then questioned if we had paid, and continued to joke and laugh about our 'free burgers ' that had been paid for the previous day. She bluntly asked if we had paid and loudly mocked in the kitchen how we were given free food. We then arrived at our next destination for our day, we bumped in to the same waitress at a local bar who shouted across for everyone to hear about how 'these girls are for free '. This was embarrassing and made us feel that we had asked for something we weren 't already owed. Very unprofessional and improper for a host. A bad representation for a business."

"I ordered cod and chips. Cod? I have never seen a grey cod but that was what I got. It didn't taste of anything and there was no texture to it. I've eaten cod for the last 73 years and there is no way this was cod. Last time I will ever order from them and I will take great delight in trying to stop people from ordering. I will also he informing trading standards. Disgusting. There should be a choice of selecting 0 because that's what I would have chosen."

"I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The salad was actually quite nice—fresh, thick-cut, and crispy, without being overly greasy, which was refreshing. I felt good after eating it. However, they delivered a bit late to my address in Northern Edinburgh, despite my order being placed at 1:26 AM, just four minutes before closing."

"Don't even attempt to order anything they cancelled the order via Uber Eats and still charged me. Have raised the matter with Uber and awaiting a refund whats the point of having an online service if all you want to do when you are busy is rip customers off. Either way... suggest you stay away from these guys."

"Herbiez Pizza is great but the Fleet franchise is run by cowboys. No customer service, poor delivery. One time I my wife ordered a large pizza, I went to collect. He told me the price. I look up at the GIGANTIC boards above the till and it was any pizza, any size £9.99 (or whatever) so I questioned why he was charging over the phone full menu prices. This is one example of my poor experiences and I’m gutted I live near the Fleet Herbiez because all my other experiences of stores has been superb."

"I ordered the char-grilled lamb at the restaurant and found it to be extremely salty. The excessive saltiness could be harmful to one's health, so they should consider reducing the amount of salt used in their dishes. Additionally, the price was quite high, almost comparable to that of a paesano. It seems like the restaurant may be targeting drunk customers leaving the pub who may not pay much attention to the prices. However, as someone who had just completed a long and healthy cycle, I found the dish to be disappointing."
