"Terrible visit. Theywere nice at first. I arrived no reservation at 4.15 pm. Very early and I said I 'd wait but they seated me anyway. The older man/ owner waited on me ...he was nice. We crossed wires when I requested if the music be turned down just a touch. He then lowered it almost to nothing. I have autistic spectrum issues.i wear ear defenders and wax earplugs. I know I am different and I can handle some music. I am careful and go to dine outside busy hours. I don 't ride the bus between 4-6 because too many people and too noisy. Anyway I spoke to older man again after my main meal, when he was clearing away.... to express I like the music I just wishing/enquiring if it could be turned down wee a bit. Finally we got a nice 5/10 volume. I was I only patron in the restaurant and he could have said no. I was easily going to have £30 bill. About 5 pm a delivery driver enters into the restaurant. i knowthis because he brings i delivery bags and sits and plays on his phone.Though I don 't speak Pakistani I knew the older gentleman had told the delivery driver about me and volume of music. About 10 mins in the delivery make turned up volume looking at me as he did. I startled and went to put my eardefenders over my wax plugs already in. He saw my reaction turned it down. He turned it up quite a lot. My meal was over I was just finishing my glass of wine and the older gentleman and I were exchanging niceties. ... Smirking and smiling the delivery man did it again! I was very startled and fed up and jumped to leave. Terrible. No respect. Awful way to end my 1 time visit. I will never go back. I spoke to this young man as I called him directly. He 's not young 35 I 'd say. I told him how unkind he was and he just laughed and smiled and smirked. Like his mother was scolding him. He obviously is spoiled or something to behave in such a way. No knowledge of how to build and keep a restaurant. Patrons are paramount. I was soft and kind....not rude....not demanding. I felt awful. Still feel awful."

"I mistakenly ordered the incorrect pizza, but the manager graciously replaced it with the right one without any extra charge or complaints. The customer service was exceptional, and the pizza was delicious. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this restaurant."

"BLUE ROOSTER IS A TOTAL SCAM!! They are called ROYAL BURGER on deliveroo and when you check their actual location on map on deliveroo they are called ROYAL GRILL taking you to a different location in the CV6 area in Stoney Stanton. But these fraudsters location is in CV1 area. I ordered for 5 boxes of chicken and chips for me and my family. The chicken was terribly spoilled, as if it was gone bad or expired. I tried to call twice to make a complaint, but my call was cut in both occasions. I tried to call several times tomes with no success. Therefore I lost my money and we went to bed without food. They are not faithful. They lie on their name on deliveroo so that when u get to the location you get confuse and go home. SCAMMERS!!!!!!"

"Really enjoyed the tikka wrap I ordered tonight! I believe its managed by different people now. But the driver was polite and asked if I would do a Google review. The food was fresh and the salad too. It also shockingly came pretty fast too (which I was happy about) so over all. I would recommend having a tikka wrap from here"

"Very honest opinion- I use to go to Molana in Ealing/West London, but since they changed their prices/showed more attitude/stop giving salads and sauce with take away and smaller option, we have switched to Kobeda Palace. The price/Food quality/Food taste and the service is excellent. The owner even gave our kids some sweeties in the end I'm so glad we have found such an amazing restaurant who gives generous amount of food and are also friendly. Look forward to returning here again."

"The food at this restaurant was average. It was a little dry, bland, and soggy. However, considering the low price, you get what you pay for. One out of the four items ordered was not as expected, but still decent. The delivery was on time."

"We were a group of about 15 people. Our overall experience was mixed. The food was good. We ordered the mixed grill and the charsi chicken karahi. The grill at £32 is expensive for what it includes. Not a the grilled items were tasty either. I would suggest ordering separate grilled items like chops, malai chicken etc rather than the mixed grill. Surprisingly, the karahi portion for a full karahi was on the smallish side as well but at £27 acceptable. We asked for tap water and were told that the water in the taps is contaminated for some reason and we should get some bottled water which we did an obvious lie because they would have to shut down the business if indeed the water was contaminated. Service was very slow with non attentive staff. Had to ask for drinking glasses 3 times before we were given some disposables. Forks and spoon took a while and the mixed grills were served without any naan which took another 5 minutes. The bottles of sauces on the tables were sticky and sickeningly dirty. There was a pile of used dishes on the floor that the staff had not bothered me to clear up because they were busy at the time. We almost left the restaurant as it looked very unhygienic. Typical Asian establishment that has compromised on cleanliness because they are now a successful business such a shame."
