"my own and my partner went here for a valentine meal and it was beautiful. the staff was very attentive and the food was delicious. we shared the dived garnel to begin and then I had the barnsley chop and my partner had the pork tomahawk. both were very good. would go back for a special occasion. menu on the expensive side, but the quality is great."

"Food was good but the service ice was shockingly slow Took a long time for food to come out and the Servers didn’t know what table to bring food too, we were offered other people’s food and drinks as they got the wrong table this was for other tables too"

"We were a party of four and had the vegan taster menu. Two of us were vegetarians and two are also meat-eaters. Nevertheless we all thoroughly enjoyed all the courses- they were fantastic! Interesting and and different and yet all six courses worked well in sequence. There was no feeling that anything was missing. Only argument was as to which was the best course- we all had different favourites. I would thoroughly recommend, not just to vegetarians but to anyone who would like to try something different. And of course you are eating in the great cosy atmosphere of Rubinos. The waitresses too were brilliant- very attentive and happy to talk about the food and discuss what we thought of the various dishes. Only tip is to book ahead- some of the evenings are sold out quite quickly."
