"Great customer service. I am quoting . All our food is made fresh on site throughout the day Do they literally prepare the fish from whole like they do in Australia and Japan ..do we believe the hype?... I don't know, a lot of you will likely see this and wonder why im not giving them stars....the deal breakers when i visit and if i can see them preparing the food To be continued...."

"I would love to recommend if a few adjustments were made... so minor but so crucial. Beautiful day but every single table in the garden was covered with bird poo and the grass uncut... why? Stunning place but the language (swearing aloud) from staff was not okay. Conversations about “****” earnings should be saved for after hours. Wish the staff were more mindful because it is such a stunning place that I would make regular visits much more frequent if these small adjustments were made! Food is stunning, fresh and definitely worth the higher price tag so please let the service be given in sympathy I visited for a special lunch with my 7 year old daughter and was let down by the above remarks. Nonetheless I will return because I know the place is worth a second chance."
