"Arrived at the bar and they didn't seem to know I had booked afternoon tea at 4.30 . Eventually told to take a seat and our table was set. Coffee was brought first. When pouring the coffee and my fingers were covered in black from the silver coffee pot. I asked where the toilets were to was my hands. The coffee pot was then cleaned. The food came nicely presented but a bit pricey at £30 with glass of champagne which I had my husband the £21.50 I thought the bar/restaurant to be very stuffy and we had 2 flies around the food permanently. Bit disappointed that nothing was offered as an apology"
