"Terrible customer service. At 10:50, one of the waiters came to tell us that they were closing in 10 minutes. At 10:51 they brought us the bill and then at 10:52 they started taking the payment. They were basically kicking us out of the restaurant. I removed the service charge (which is optional), for the same and they then came and took the plates away when I was STILL eating. Disgraceful and extremely poor customer service. I do NOT recommend this place at all."

"rooms were a bit dated but clean and comfortable. Cost of accommodation was expensive £518 for two double rooms and breakfast. Staff were SO friendly and helpful...they definitely make the place somewhere I'd recommend and I would happily return to. Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5"

"terrible. randomly in this place for a fast pre-theater dinner. terrible. I wish we hadn't. the waitress was incredibly rude, the food medium was best. with so many good places to eat in london, this restaurant deserves to go out of business. made me sick to pay for this experience. it is the Thai equivalent of mcdonalds, except in mcdonalds the employees are generally polite and eating is cheap."

"I am a repeat customer and once again had an amazing experience at this authentic Thai restaurant. The food was outstanding and the service was attentive and friendly. My friends from the southern part of the country were impressed by the quality of the food and the reasonable prices at this Thai restaurant."

"I looked at the local reviews which were very mixed but my daughter likes their foof so I thought I'd give it a go. Collected myself so no complaints at deliveroo! The soup was bland and mushrooms not fresh, the pork skewers were unimpressive, even...the vegetarian spring rolls did not taste nice, were they freezer burnt? The duck tamarind was overcooked, i'll stop there except to warn you that in the restaurant they maintain they take cash only, scammers. Chiswick has a myriad of Thai Vietnamese places to eat including quite good genuine pubs so that you don't need to bother with this place."

"I love Thai food, but I've only ever tried the Thai restaurants in town. After hearing good things, I decided to venture out to the suburbs and try one."

"Located just a short distance from the city center, this Thai restaurant in Bedford is excellent. The restaurant can accommodate around 40 people and was relatively quiet when we visited around 7 o'clock."

"My mistrust of certain cuisines being cooked well in London restaurants has left me either missing out completely or just eating my favourite foods on a very in frequent basis. The Mexican revolution that happened what, last year. Yes, I was the only one who never went to certain joints to try their tacos and wraps. Mexican food does not travel well. It should. Like any other complicated cuisine it just takes time and a bit of love to reproduce those wonderful dishes. But for some reason all we get here is a slap dash bad reproduction churned out to the masses as gourmet food. Tacos are not gourmet food. You go to Mexico and tacos are less than 10p each and sold on street corners as a quick snack. Thai food, also has that same feeling with me. I love Thai food, in Thailand, just not over awed with it here in London. Although I have found a few places that I think do a pretty **** good job of recreating another great food on these shores. Kaosarn is another exponent of this. I'd been"

"A few years ago, I came to this restaurant with some friends and was very impressed with the food. I had been meaning to return ever since, so I decided to take my boyfriend. We arrived around 7pm on a bank holiday and were surprised to find the restaurant empty. We ordered a mixed starter with a choice of sweet dips. The chicken satay was chewy and the fish cakes were undercooked. We then ordered soup, which was okay but had visible oil on top. For my main dish, I ordered the green chicken curry, which was decent but lacking in flavor. The chicken did seem fresher than before. Overall, I was disappointed with the food. It did not live up to my previous experience and was not as good as it used to be."

"If you find yourself in the remote location where this restaurant is located (well, it's actually on a local high street), it's definitely worth giving this place a try."

"nice little place to go for Asian food search. eating is really delicious and the place is beautiful. the only thing that is important is that we were served quite late and yet we were asked to leave the table for a certain time when we were eating and halfway through our dinner. Hopefully it was just one. otherwise I recommend!"
