"Terrible customer service. At 10:50, one of the waiters came to tell us that they were closing in 10 minutes. At 10:51 they brought us the bill and then at 10:52 they started taking the payment. They were basically kicking us out of the restaurant. I removed the service charge (which is optional), for the same and they then came and took the plates away when I was STILL eating. Disgraceful and extremely poor customer service. I do NOT recommend this place at all."

"We go for the food which is always delicious. Set meal for 2. We have noticed a smaller amount for the entre but still excellent and overall plenty of quality and quantity. We had our desert to go which we enjoyed 2 hours later. Service is always very good. Highly recommended Thai meal."

"Thai pot at Covent Garden London serves delicious, tasty Thai food. Thai green curry is fresh with vegetables and you have options to take prawns or chicken. The chicken wings was crispy and tasty too. The papaya salad was the best dish and a perfect salad to start your meal with. It had the perfect balance of spice and sweetness and really done well. It’s worth the visit and you have to try the papaya salad for sure. The service was super quick, good ambience and very convenient access from the Covent Garden station. Highly recommend this place"

"Went for a 10th Anniversary meal with my husband, 1/2 way through starter he became very unwell and had to leave and go home. Asked to take the main courses home as a take away, instead of a sit down meal. Immediately told I would...then have to pay in full, but since the card machine was not working, I was directed to a nearby cash machine. Returned with cash as requested, in the mean time, the table had been cleared, the beardy untouched had starter had gone. But I was assured, since I hadn't had a chance to eat it, it would be replaced. I walked home in tears, feeling utterly humiliated, having planed a romantic Anniversery, only to discover that they had actually just poured the cold, disposed contents of the platter they had removed and dumped in the kitchen, into a takeaway box. What a truly disgusting and disrespectful way to treat your customers. They made me feel like some sort of criminal, not only that, but someone who only deserves cold scraps from an old plate that was going to be disposed of. Anyone with any respect, would not waste their time or money in these people."

"I love Thai food, but I've only ever tried the Thai restaurants in town. After hearing good things, I decided to venture out to the suburbs and try one."

"Located just a short distance from the city center, this Thai restaurant in Bedford is excellent. The restaurant can accommodate around 40 people and was relatively quiet when we visited around 7 o'clock."

"We were very impressed by the quality of the ingredients at this Thai restaurant. The dishes were all made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The portions were generous, with large, thick-cut vegetables and fillings. The spring rolls had a great texture and were not soggy like others we've had. The mummy prawns were delicious and the pork dish had a generous amount of Thai basil that really added to the flavor. We would definitely come back again."

"My mistrust of certain cuisines being cooked well in London restaurants has left me either missing out completely or just eating my favourite foods on a very in frequent basis. The Mexican revolution that happened what, last year. Yes, I was the only one who never went to certain joints to try their tacos and wraps. Mexican food does not travel well. It should. Like any other complicated cuisine it just takes time and a bit of love to reproduce those wonderful dishes. But for some reason all we get here is a slap dash bad reproduction churned out to the masses as gourmet food. Tacos are not gourmet food. You go to Mexico and tacos are less than 10p each and sold on street corners as a quick snack. Thai food, also has that same feeling with me. I love Thai food, in Thailand, just not over awed with it here in London. Although I have found a few places that I think do a pretty **** good job of recreating another great food on these shores. Kaosarn is another exponent of this. I'd been"

"A few years ago, I came to this restaurant with some friends and was very impressed with the food. I had been meaning to return ever since, so I decided to take my boyfriend. We arrived around 7pm on a bank holiday and were surprised to find the restaurant empty. We ordered a mixed starter with a choice of sweet dips. The chicken satay was chewy and the fish cakes were undercooked. We then ordered soup, which was okay but had visible oil on top. For my main dish, I ordered the green chicken curry, which was decent but lacking in flavor. The chicken did seem fresher than before. Overall, I was disappointed with the food. It did not live up to my previous experience and was not as good as it used to be."

"nice little place to go for Asian food search. eating is really delicious and the place is beautiful. the only thing that is important is that we were served quite late and yet we were asked to leave the table for a certain time when we were eating and halfway through our dinner. Hopefully it was just one. otherwise I recommend!"
