"Terrible customer service. At 10:50, one of the waiters came to tell us that they were closing in 10 minutes. At 10:51 they brought us the bill and then at 10:52 they started taking the payment. They were basically kicking us out of the restaurant. I removed the service charge (which is optional), for the same and they then came and took the plates away when I was STILL eating. Disgraceful and extremely poor customer service. I do NOT recommend this place at all."

"I have been here 4 or 5 times but today I think it was my last ,food was great ,service was rushed and the restaurant was quiet ,it wasn 't late it was 1.30 when we had finished the waitrese kept raising her voice saying enjoy you 're food but it was said in a very annoying and too loud a tone to the point of when I said this would drive me mad if I was here a while ,the food very good but too too rushed , we were asked if we wanted anything else and wanted to let our food go down ,we were met with I 'll bring you the bill ! For a restaurant that 's is clearly not full to capacity you would think they would want to attract people to stay and spend a bit more with coffee etc ,if they were full I can understand but this is typically being treated as if you are on a convey belt ,at they want ypu out as fast as possible . Sorry but the food is great service attitude needs to change"

"Great restaurant with delicious food. Went here with my wife and kids for my wife's birthday a year ago and then again last night. The staff were really friendly even walking my son to the bathroom when he couldn't find the way. The food was great. Everything I tried tasted like time and attention had been paid to it. I'm glad that standards remained high a year later. We had the the Siam sharer and the duck sharer to start which were great. For our mains we had prawn pad Thai, lemon chicken, prawn n broccoli and stirfryed beef. The standout to me was the prawn pad Thai but the crispy noodles with the lemon chicken deserve a shout out. In terms of the decor, the restaurant looked beautiful at first glance, following the Thai theme well with bamboo planters, sculptures and even a water feature in the centre. Looking out the windows across the fields you can see all the way to Penshaw monument. Overall i would go back as i definitely enjoyed my time there."

"Excellent food and service both in restaurant and on takeaway The menu is vast and never fails to disappoint or fall short of anything. Will be visiting for the second time this month, as the staff kindly awarded a 21% discount on all orders to customers who ordered during lockdown to support local businesses!"

"I really need to take more photos of restaurants and food. However, I am not a food blogger, so I often receive strange looks from others at nearby tables. Despite this, the restaurant, the people, and the food are all fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful; it has a cozy and romantic atmosphere. There is no loud music, and other patrons speak in hushed tones, creating a pleasant and relaxed dining experience. The food has never disappointed us; it is always delicious. Even when we have ordered takeout and had to drive 40 minutes home, the food has remained warm and enjoyable. This is one of our favorite restaurants for special occasions. We love Thai food, and it can be difficult to find good Thai restaurants, but this is definitely one of them! The staff is wonderful, very helpful, and polite. We highly recommend this place for a fancy dinner, a special evening out, or even a casual Friday night meal before hitting the pubs."

"I went to this restaurant for a friend's birthday celebration, and there were 14 people in our group."
"I love Thai food, but I've only ever tried the Thai restaurants in town. After hearing good things, I decided to venture out to the suburbs and try one."

"Located just a short distance from the city center, this Thai restaurant in Bedford is excellent. The restaurant can accommodate around 40 people and was relatively quiet when we visited around 7 o'clock."

"A few years ago, I came to this restaurant with some friends and was very impressed with the food. I had been meaning to return ever since, so I decided to take my boyfriend. We arrived around 7pm on a bank holiday and were surprised to find the restaurant empty. We ordered a mixed starter with a choice of sweet dips. The chicken satay was chewy and the fish cakes were undercooked. We then ordered soup, which was okay but had visible oil on top. For my main dish, I ordered the green chicken curry, which was decent but lacking in flavor. The chicken did seem fresher than before. Overall, I was disappointed with the food. It did not live up to my previous experience and was not as good as it used to be."

"My mistrust of certain cuisines being cooked well in London restaurants has left me either missing out completely or just eating my favourite foods on a very in frequent basis. The Mexican revolution that happened what, last year. Yes, I was the only one who never went to certain joints to try their tacos and wraps. Mexican food does not travel well. It should. Like any other complicated cuisine it just takes time and a bit of love to reproduce those wonderful dishes. But for some reason all we get here is a slap dash bad reproduction churned out to the masses as gourmet food. Tacos are not gourmet food. You go to Mexico and tacos are less than 10p each and sold on street corners as a quick snack. Thai food, also has that same feeling with me. I love Thai food, in Thailand, just not over awed with it here in London. Although I have found a few places that I think do a pretty **** good job of recreating another great food on these shores. Kaosarn is another exponent of this. I'd been"

"If you find yourself in the remote location where this restaurant is located (well, it's actually on a local high street), it's definitely worth giving this place a try."

"Richard is doing a fantastic job at Krapow. The cocktails are simple but delicious. The food is bursting with tasty flavors and has just the right amount of chili heat. Unlike some other Thai restaurants, Krapow isn't afraid to serve really spicy dishes. We loved the prawns wrapped in betel leaf and the new pumpkin fritters. The atmosphere at Krapow is cozy and welcoming, making it a great spot for families, couples, or friends. The service is attentive but not intrusive. Krapow is a hidden gem in Hackney."
