"The food was good, but the restaurant was chaotic with tables that were not cleared in a timely manner and the toilets were quite dirty. The servers did not speak great English, leading to a mix-up where we ended up with two desserts instead of one that we wanted to share. Overall, not a great experience."

"The restaurant was overbooked and the staff run off their feet. The service was extremely slow and we had a very long wait for our main course . So much so that we had to forgo coffee as it would take 15 minutes to serve us. We were told. A disappointing start to our evening. I would suggest that despite it being a busy evening the booking staff should have considered the effect this would have on the kitchen staff to present the meals timely and efficiently."

"I love scotts however this visit felt rushed even though i had booked a table. It took half an hour for me to get a drink. The food was amazing as always but the service was just slightly less attentive than normal. The girl that i saw as i entered shouted mask at me even though i had it in my hand about to pop on. I completely understand the rules need to be stuck to but there are better ways of doing it. When I'd finished my food i wasn't offered dessert or anything else. It just seemed as if they didn't have time. That might have been the case as it was busy."
