"I tried to book by email and received no response, so had to phone. Over the telephone, I said that we would like to use the Meerkat 2 for 1 offer and they confirmed that this would be fine. We found that the food was pricey and a bit disappointing. For example, the meat was not very tender. They also charged for bringing bread to the table. At the end of the meal, they said they had no record of us mentioning the 2 for 1 offer. It was an awkward exchange in which it was left as our word against theirs and we had to pay full price. It was a disappointing experience all round and I could not recommend going here."
