"Worst customer service I’ve had in London in five years absolutely appalling experience. Would not recommend going here for food of a weekend as the staff are rude and inattentive. I had booked for a group of seven via Open Table ticking the ‘set menu’ option and upon arrival we were told that it was not available, that the man ‘knew his menu’ and to take it up with Open Table. No effort to accommodate despite us having the booking confirmation that said what had been offered at the point of booking. It was all down to money but they refused to admit this to be the case. The man was extremely rude and spoilt the mood of the evening from the off. If there’d only been two of us I would have walked out straight away. Ordered food, food was perfectly lovely but waitress serving seemed unsure what was what and one of the sides didn’t show up until we’d finished everything else so it was of no use to us. Toilets hadn’t been cleaned and bins were overflowing with tissue paper. All I can think is that they have different staff midweek and don’t care about weekend clientele, otherwise I can’t imagine them getting any returning customers"
