"We might just had been on a very busy day, but I do not think that should be an acceptable excuse for a restaurant. The restaurant is completely gluten free so it is great for people with celiac disease. Unfortunately, it took them over an hour to serve our food from the moment we ordered. All our dishes had rice and it was well overcooked (surely because of the wait! . Also, when we paid, we split the bill and they charged the tip automatically without asking, which we found very rude. As I said, we had plenty of hopes in it as it was our first visit to Canterbury.
