"This review describes a disappointing dining experience. Despite arriving punctually at 1 o'clock, the restaurant removed crab from the menu without notice. The service was lacking, often nonexistent, leaving me to pour my own drinks. The waitstaff seemed absent, and the steak was overcooked, served lukewarm. Furthermore, the bill was incorrect, and when we approached the manager, “Pia,” to discuss the issues, she insisted on charging us an unexpected and excessive service fee. It felt frustrating, to say the least. Since the departure of chef Greg Malouf, the restaurant has steadily declined and hasn't returned to its previous high standards. On a positive note, the wine was good, and the food was decent but not remarkable. The complimentary limoncello was a nice touch. However, the restaurant charges Michelin Star prices for food and service that simply don't measure up. They would benefit from visiting nearby Dysart and learning a few things."
