"I made a reservation weeks in advance through OpenTable while staying in Bristol for a wedding. I was looking forward to enjoying an Italian meal, but upon reviewing the menu, it became apparent that the restaurant was not Italian at all. Instead of pasta, pizza, or risotto, they offered dishes like chicken and chips, fish and chips, and burgers. Despite being labeled as an English brasserie, the restaurant still had the correct name displayed on the window. Disappointed, I decided to order food anyway. Unfortunately, the dishes were unimpressive and came with a hefty price tag. The staff were friendly and helpful, but it wasn't enough to compensate for the overall letdown of the dining experience."
