"I have just recently visited the restaurant with my family and the restaurant decor is very nice and appealing but I was not happy with the service from the waiting staff all of one. and the food was not upto standard. The restaurant was empty except for my family so I thought the service would be more dedicated, the food was dry and bland over cooked and caused two members of my family stomach issues. Due to my family being hungry we had to eat the food, there was items missing from our food that had to be pointed out and took time coming to our table. The mocktails were packed with ice and a small amount of juice which was very disappointing. The service could do with much improvement as the waitress did not know the menu and what to do and how to set the tables we had to request for sauces which would’ve been on the table after we made our Order. It’s the last time I would visit the restaurant again due to the food and service and asking for the managers assistance with your concerns is non existence."

"Booking for 8 at Red Chilli and we had a pleasent meal. Service was efficent and the wide menu choice meant we were able to choose some unusual dishes. Personally I found all the food good but nothing exciting to make it stand out for the price which seemed more City priced than the location but this was more due to the cost of beers and the usual over ordering of veg than the menu costs. Certainly worth a visit if you are in the area."

"Yalla Yalla is the cutest little Lebanese restaurant in the Soho district in Central London. A hole in the wall size restaurant, which can just about seat 10 people, but serving real awesome, authentic Lebanese food in a simple and cute presentation. The staff at this place is particularly sweet and friendly. Really feels like you are sitting in a Lebanese friend’s kitchen and having a meal cooked by his/her, mom. They have a concise menu with ample vegetarian options, which is great. Everything on their menu tastes great and you can feel the freshness. They are fairly priced for the quality of the food offered. Would definitely recommend this little eatery if all you looking for is great food and an authentic experience without a fuss of fancy ambience, etc."

"I decided to make a reservation at Maison du Mezze for an early dinner before a show and I was not disappointed! Despite the slightly higher prices, the location right on Leicester Square made it worth it. The stylish decor, lively atmosphere, and delicious food were all excellent. They make their own juices and smoothies, as well as baklava made with real honey. The mezze dishes were all very tasty. By sharing small plates, we were able to save a bit of money without sacrificing quality. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring we were served quickly so we could make it to the theater on time. I highly recommend Maison du Mezze and would definitely return."

"Another fabulous night at Yara. A very busy lively vibe with plenty of lovely people all having a great time. There were 4 of us and we had kebabs, veg stew and Mousaka...as well as starters which I can never spell very well so I'll just say they were lovely. The staff are always super helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. They have great advise and recommendations. If you haven't been recently ..can't recommend it enough. Food excellent....service excellent! We go almost weekly...always great."

"Disappointed to have booked and not be warned about the mezze being the only available option. Told when sat down. Not much option but to accept. Food great. Tried to charge for each of us there were adults and an year old and year old despite agreeing to do deal for the of them when we ordered. When asked for the bill I was over charged. They didn’t leave bill on table and just tell you the value and present the card machine immediately. I queried and he went to alter. I paid. I realised that in fact they had charged more than the first time. I ended up having to ask for a print out of the bill on my way out. He gave it to me. It wasn’t even our bill plus they’d charged for the set menu!!?!?!!. I wrote down what we had eaten and drank and we added it up properly together and he had indeed overcharged by He couldn’t refund the card and so gave cash. Lush food. If you go please check what’s on offer before you go. Then insist that the bill if left on your table like in a normal restaurant. This gives the customer the time to check all is well before paying. I really felt the chap was trying to pull the wool over our eyes. Don’t let them! He did the same to another table which had a couple and a young child of about or Charged The excuse was that he couldn’t deduct dine in because we only wanted set menus. Rubbish. We have eaten out all month in the scheme in restaurant in bristol and in central London and this is the only time I’ve heard this tosh. Chap could put whatever he wanted into the till ...it’s his restaurant. of us dined. x to come of bill. I found the whole invoicing experience poor and embarrassing."

"Although we have enjoyed good meals at this restaurant in the past, our latest experience was not as satisfactory. The bread was not warm, and the food was not as hot as it should have been, likely because it had cooled down. Additionally, sitting near the door in a cooler area did not contribute to a positive dining experience. "We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance while walking around, and it turned out to be a hidden gem. Despite not having a reservation, we were promptly seated. Anna assisted us in choosing our dishes and provided excellent recommendations. The Baba Ganouj appetizer was superb, and my lamb kofte burger was equally delicious. The portions were generous and the food was served at the perfect temperature. Finally, Michael, who assisted us at the end of our meal, was extremely welcoming and even spoke to us in Spanish (the language spoken at our table). We would definitely return to this restaurant."

"Kambi’s was such an authentic experience. Most of the common eateries in the UK carry a taste palate to suit the locals however sometimes you are looking for that authentic experience where the taste is able to transport you to that place in ur head. Kambi’s is one such place. Being a vegetarian I got a plethora of options to choose from. Vegetarian Shawarma rolls, falafels and there was a dish with pita bread infused with halloumi inside which was heavenly. 5/5 on food; just a thing though that I felt that salt was a lil high for me. Usually I don’t expect much from service these days as its usually temporary staffing whose not much aware of the dishes and the culinary experience however here the service was great but could improve an inch. Overall, Recommended for sure!"

"I found the afternoon tea, via the afternoon tea awards website (we often use this to go to various spots) and it’s fair to say that the service and the food was exceptional from start to finish! The food was truly delightful, the coronation chicken was the award winner for me, but all of the other sandwiches were just as delightful. The palette cleansers in between the rounds were a very thoughtful touch and were just as delicious as the main courses. The scones were the best we’ve ever had, the texture and taste were just on point and not too heavy like others we’ve had before and then for the deserts well these were truly delectable!! Tea was fantastic! Moreover, the service provided by Kirril was utterly outstanding, his knowledge on the tea’s, the recommendations he made and his approach to customer service, was just perfect. Kirril certainly made our visit that bit more special he is an asset to the team and you can see his passion and enthusiasm in what he does. Thank you truly, for a fantastic experience! "The quality of food was good. Everything tastes fresh and homemade. The price is on average and the furniture is all right. "Perhaps my expectations were high, but the quality and attention to the details of the foods was well averaged. After I enjoyed exceptional Turkish breakfast in Turkey in very simple settings, with high-quality fresh ingredients I had hoped that Yosma could offer a similarly unforgettable experience. But reality was quite different. Many of the dishes were less authentic, and it lacked both spicy and tasteful. Especially the “Kavurma” court was very disappointing as the shavings of salt beef! I won't come back."

"we visited this restaurant as part of a family birthday meal. the food was moderate and there was no seasoning compared to some Turkish restaurants we visited. in addition, the service was slow. After the end of the meal we were informed that the entire meal. on a card, we were not informed yet. as a result of our overall experience, we informed a female employee member that we did not want to pay the service fee on the bill she reacted to: “You African people never want to pay their bill.” at this point we were outraged and insulted by this statement it was both racist and ignorant and not what they would expect and definitely put a complete damper in the evening. there was a very polite young male member of the staff who was very apologetic about the comments his colleague had made at this point, but the harm had already happened. the bill was finally settled and we were allowed to share the bill on request. this restaurant must clearly look at the employees they employ, as these comments negatiw enter into the business. the declaration was disgusting and I would not expect these remarks to be accepted or even tolerated in 2022 by every worker."

"Unfortunately, this 1-star review is based on the fact that we didn't actually get to try the food. Booked online for lunch time and received confirmation email. Turned up a bit before booking time but after restaurant was supposed to be open. It wasn't. Door was closed and locked (there was a confused looking delivery driver waiting outside too who eventually gave up and left). While waiting, several apparent staff members turned up and had to bang on a side door to be let in, all pointedly not acknowledging our presence waiting outside the main door. Booking time arrived. Still closed and locked (and looking through window they didn't look like they were close to opening). Tried knocking. No answer. Tried phoning. No answer. Not even to apologise for running late. Booking time came and went. We gave up and left. If the website allows a time to be booked, and I book a specific time then I expect the restaurant to BE OPEN AND READY BY THAT TIME. And since this cost a long train ride into London, its not something I will risk again."

"I went there with a group of 6 people as we were craving Lebanese food. The mezze was fine but the main dishes took more than an hour. We asked the guy to cancel the order because we had to go catch the coach but they refused and said that the food was coming so we had to wait 5 more minutes and I wish we didn’t! The food was so bad, the Shawarma was so dry and almost burnt and the rest of it was so tasteless. In the end I had to pay for that bad food, miss my coach and pay for another ticket... That was my first and last time I go there."
