"Disappointed to have booked and not be warned about the mezze being the only available option. Told when sat down. Not much option but to accept. Food great. Tried to charge for each of us there were adults and an year old and year old despite agreeing to do deal for the of them when we ordered. When asked for the bill I was over charged. They didnât leave bill on table and just tell you the value and present the card machine immediately. I queried and he went to alter. I paid. I realised that in fact they had charged more than the first time. I ended up having to ask for a print out of the bill on my way out. He gave it to me. It wasnât even our bill plus theyâd charged for the set menu!!?!?!!. I wrote down what we had eaten and drank and we added it up properly together and he had indeed overcharged by He couldnât refund the card and so gave cash. Lush food. If you go please check whatâs on offer before you go. Then insist that the bill if left on your table like in a normal restaurant. This gives the customer the time to check all is well before paying. I really felt the chap was trying to pull the wool over our eyes. Donât let them! He did the same to another table which had a couple and a young child of about or Charged The excuse was that he couldnât deduct dine in because we only wanted set menus. Rubbish. We have eaten out all month in the scheme in restaurant in bristol and in central London and this is the only time Iâve heard this tosh. Chap could put whatever he wanted into the till ...itâs his restaurant. of us dined. x to come of bill. I found the whole invoicing experience poor and embarrassing."

"I decided to make a reservation at Maison du Mezze for an early dinner before a show and I was not disappointed! Despite the slightly higher prices, the location right on Leicester Square made it worth it. The stylish decor, lively atmosphere, and delicious food were all excellent. They make their own juices and smoothies, as well as baklava made with real honey. The mezze dishes were all very tasty. By sharing small plates, we were able to save a bit of money without sacrificing quality. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring we were served quickly so we could make it to the theater on time. I highly recommend Maison du Mezze and would definitely return."

"So I've been going to this shop since my Teenage years, now I'm an adult. I love how it's an authentic Turkish restaurant run by a Turkish family. Good people serving good food. I have friends that travel for 20 minutes for their special home made Chilli sauce. For sure it's worth a try. It's a nice family run shop which the family still work hard on. In fact I grew up watching them develope it and can tell you the quality has not slipped, only improved. Good food at fair prices. Will surely be back soon."

"I had a pleasant dining experience with a great variety at the buffet. I decided to try this place after visiting their spa, and I was happy with the selection available. While there wasn't anything particularly extraordinary, the overall experience was fantastic, and the service was excellent, just as anticipated. Several other tables were occupied, creating a lively atmosphere, but it still felt private."

"Perhaps my expectations were high, but the quality and attention to the details of the foods was well averaged. After I enjoyed exceptional Turkish breakfast in Turkey in very simple settings, with high-quality fresh ingredients I had hoped that Yosma could offer a similarly unforgettable experience. But reality was quite different. Many of the dishes were less authentic, and it lacked both spicy and tasteful. Especially the “Kavurma” court was very disappointing as the shavings of salt beef! I won't come back."

"I went there with a group of 6 people as we were craving Lebanese food. The mezze was fine but the main dishes took more than an hour. We asked the guy to cancel the order because we had to go catch the coach but they refused and said that the food was coming so we had to wait 5 more minutes and I wish we didn’t! The food was so bad, the Shawarma was so dry and almost burnt and the rest of it was so tasteless. In the end I had to pay for that bad food, miss my coach and pay for another ticket... That was my first and last time I go there."

"poor service, serving and quality of food. we have booked as a group of 10 for Sunday dinner, at the arrival we had grumble coworkers rushed through the menu pushing us all three courses to order immediately as the cook needed his break, with only us in the restaurant we found this strange and very unprofessional. the manager was very rude and impatient, eating was sloppy, slowly refused to accept the service was substandard, he even told us less measurable (we had two little children with us.) nearly empty tellers were sworn by us who hastened to go! through this constant pressure we went after. I have spoiled the special occasion. eating is understandard for...read more"

"Found out that under new ownership since October 2023, so recommendations to me were based on friends experience with previous owners. The manager was friendly and very attentive, asking lots of questions, explaining their menu when asked, telling me that the interior will be changed in the near future. Anyway, for starters we chose Calamari, Garlic Mushrooms with Cheese, King Prawns, and Halluomi. We then all helped ourselves to bits and pieces of each. The starters were plentiful in portion size, with all choices being great, especially the garlic mushrooms with cheese. For mains we chose a mixed grill, chicken shish, lamb ribs, and chicken wings and chips for my daughter. The chicken and lamb shish were both tender and full of flavour, and the lamb ribs were great. They all came with slad and bulgur (I can only describe it as a cross between rice and cous-cous).The mixed grill was plentiful in size and looked appetising, but my father in law enjoyed that all to himself , so I can only assume it was good. My daughter enjoyed her chicken wings too We were given bread on the table, which was warm and full of flavour too. We were definitely made to feel welcome, and will definitely return. Good to know that they deliver too. We were at the restaurant early (5pm booking), so were the only people in the restaurant, however, there was a constant stream of delivery drivers collecting orders for delivery. It was my daughters birthday the following day, so tye manager gave her a small dessert on the house as well. Parking: A few parking spaces on the street just a couple of doors down from the restaurant , where you use the RingGo App or good old cash to pay for parking."

"We ordered takeout and it took more than 2 hours to arrive. As an apology, they promised to include extra food (poppadoms and chutney) that we had requested over the phone, but they were missing. The food was supposed to be mild in one dish and medium in the other, but both dishes turned out very spicy. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. Delivery service was rated 1 out of 5, with the meal type being dinner and the price per person ranging from £10-20. The food received a rating of 3 out of 5 and the atmosphere received a 3 out of 5 as well."

"The food at this restaurant was absolutely delicious! There are plenty of vegetarian options to choose from. The falafels, Lebanese salad, hummus, and even the pita bread were amazing. I might have been a little hungry, but I highly recommend this place!"

"We went here after my son’s graduation at the request of the graduate. We’d been here once before on a whim. For a chain restaurant in a shopping centre this place is really nice. Very busy decor presumably designed with the European customer in mind but so cheerful, colourful and lively. The welcome is fantastic and so is the food. Classic Lebanese and Middle Eastern cuisine but you can also have a version of steak and chips too so even more conservative eaters would be OK. The cost mounts up easily but we will still definitely eat here again."

"Second time I've been and the food was as good as the first visit. A nice venue that I don't think is utilised enough. If you want a reasonably priced Italian meal night out then this is a place you should try. Our group that visited all agreed they had a really good meal. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner"

"Completely dissatisfied with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered the Full English Breakfast with tea, and they arrived together as requested. However, the tea was served in a small espresso cup on a saucer, and I had to ask for milk as it came in a milk jar with a lid. The breakfast itself was as advertised, but the plate it was served on was cold, causing the food to quickly cool down. The eggs were undercooked, and the plate was too small for the serving, resulting in the toasted bread falling off. The atmosphere was good, and the initial waitress was adequate, but no one checked in to see if everything was satisfactory. If they had, I would have expressed my dissatisfaction then and there."

"Pleasant welcome to this quiet(Sunday lunch) friendly feeling place. Food was excellent although very typical, hoummos beiruty and taouk particularly tasty. Quite extensive Lebanese and other wines, possibly a little on pricey side. Musar Jeune a good red pick. Nice to patronise an owner-restaurant instead of the famous London Lebanese where service seems to becoming mechanical and a bit snooty. Recommended"

"Al Hamra may not top the list of the best Lebanese restaurants in London, but for a late bite in Mayfair, it is definitely worth recommending. It is quiet during the day, with a good selection of dishes. The hummus with pine nuts is delicious, and the lamb dishes are enjoyable. The salads, both sweet and spicy, are also worth trying. The tabbouleh is outstanding and the grilled meats are cooked well. The service can be a bit slow at times, but the coffee tastes delicious. Overall, the value for money is good and we will definitely be returning."

"Loved it! I am a big fan of lobster, we were a party of 5 having a late lunch. 3 of us ordered a lobster roll, and its to die for, plump delicious lobster meat in the roll, came with a buttery sauce that was great and instead of fries we ordered greens, which came in a very small cup so definitely not a place to order a salad haha. One of us had a whole lobster and loved it. Truffle fries for the table was definitely worth it. Service was excellent. Prices were up there but not obscene. I would visit again if I happened to be near one of their locations in London."

"Antalya was close to our London hotel in Russell Square so we decided to try it: it was a wonderful meal in a very pretty place with excellent food and friendly service. The full dinner provides an excellent selection of hot and cold starters. Everything was very fresh and the portions were large. The baklava, served warm, was the best we’ve ever had. If you’re in London you must eat at Antalya!"

"My boyfriend and I went to this restaurant for the first time. The staff was very friendly, the food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable. I tried the Sayadieh (sea fish with tahini sauce) and it was amazing. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely be going back soon!"
