"I decided to order from this restaurant through Deliveroo. Despite being told that the driver was on the way for over an hour, they didn't arrive until after 2 hours. The estimated delivery time was only supposed to be 20-30 minutes. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and had become hard as a rock. The chicken tasted terrible, almost like rubber gloves."
