"I was in Boscastle for a couple of days and the warm late summer weather invited for an ice cream. The reviews said Toby's was the place to go and I trusted them. I don't think I've ever had a worse ice cream. The gentleman who served me the ice cream in a waffle cone didn't even have the foresight to serve it with a napkin, but kept touching it with his hands, even though he had just touched cash from the till. I asked if the ice cream was made by them and he said yes, I highly doubt it. Not recommended, sorry"
