"On arrival I was greeted by a very impatient rude and abrupt young Asian woman that seemed to be in too much of a rush to check me in, at first she couldn’t find my name on her piece of paper which annoyed her, then alas she found me! I was there all the time. Secondly I was told the free parking was not free and I had to pay £54 for the three days because I had booked through Trivago. The hotel and room deco is very 80s but I actually didnt mind that! The room was warm, beds were made and bins emptied everyday so can’t fault that although the tv signal dropped off a few times. I would give it a 5 out of 10! The welcome was what let it down."
