"The location is really good as it is opposite Ealing Broadway station so a good, easy venue to find. It is also well signed from the outside and the colours (red white) are distinct. It is not somewhere I would return to too often. Not because of service simply because it isn 't really the kinda place I would frequent, nor does it offer the kind of food i would normally choose. As it is heavy on the carbs! Was taken there and it felt a bit of a mash up between Wendy 's, an American dinner, and a motorway service station! (I obviously haven 't bought into the marketing). The service at the point of ordering was patient yet basic. It was ok as the team were polite and pleasant but you could see that this was fast fast food, getting through to the next person. Understandable, but as a customer paying a good amount more service is required! The tables and decor feeels a bit tacky and 70 's. Basic high use and rather similar in feel to what the losers would get on The Apprentice! So yes I think a bit more investment in comfort should be there however the business probably wants to encourage people to eat go rather than eat chill so it probably works. The food wasn 't quite to my taste as it was all rather salty for my palate however others with me loved it, so it is a matter of taste. The decor around the walls left something to be desired. Mainly from GQ magazine so was maybe a little sexist in that the magazine is for men! I think it might be good for loads of mates to go, and/or families. Give it a try maybe i am not the target audience. Not for me but certainly has a place on the high street."
