"We waited for 40 minutes before we were able to place our order, using a QR code that turned out to be for an app that didn't work. The restrooms were in poor condition and had no toilet paper. After a rude encounter with a staff member who told us to use the app, we were rushed to place our order as they wanted to close the kitchen early. Unfortunately, half of the food we wanted was not available. When our food finally arrived, it was below average. The burgers were missing their buns, and one dish was so overcooked that it was inedible. The only saving grace was a kind worker who gave us a discount and free dishes to make up for our bad experience. Despite this gesture, we would not return to this restaurant."
