"The pizza at this restaurant was delicious and lived up to our expectations, although it was served on a small plate which made cutting it difficult. The main issue we had was the service; my husband's pizza arrived cold and my pasta was served 15 minutes later. When we mentioned this to the manager in Italian, he seemed to dismiss our concerns. We also observed other tables experiencing issues with their food and bill. It seems like L'Antica Pizzeria in London is not prioritizing customer satisfaction, which is disappointing. It appears that they are not handling the labor shortages well."
