"I have tried the best karak chai ever at this restaurant. I am a fan of its sweet taste and the perfectly balanced sugar in the drink. The restaurant also offers an amazing selection of cakes and sweets. The atmosphere is great and they stay open late every day, making it one of the best places to meet up late at night outside of pubs, closing at 1:30 AM."

"Firstly the staff were very nice, the food is also very nice, the negative point would be that there is no one to arrange for you to sit,when tables were free, I was with my husband and my child, we're waiting for seats, some ladies came after us and sat down on two seat to make sure they got table when the people got up, One of the girl from that group even said they are a family waiting for seat to which she replied that's their luck, they should have their seats, we didn't want to intrude others eating that's why weren't jumping on seats, but aside from that I would definitely say this place a try."

"Saturday morning, called in for a desi breakfast. Uncharacteristically slow and chaotic service today. They just need some more staff to help them keep on top of the orders. Long delays, incorrect orders, stressed staff doing their best. I felt really sorry for them. The food was nice as usual , but the owners need to invest in having more staff. It is a popular place. But people won’t keep coming back if the delays are as long as this!"

"We had a lovely lunch today, trying five different dishes among our group of five, and we enjoyed each one! The restaurant was immaculate, especially considering its location on Soho Street. Even the restroom was impressive! It's clear that they take great care of the establishment, and I hope they continue to maintain this level of cleanliness. "with immense pleasure I write this review about chaiwala. they live totally on the names of the restaurants. it is really far from our place like 2.6 miles, but we always go to the place as it is a pre eating excersia for us. it is a small place not too big, but only enough to give them the taste of their day! what should they try here if they eat non veg then they must try all the dag breakfast it is the best in the world and they can it in breakfast / midday / evening it is not too heavy or light. my classic is 'karachi bun kebab ' it is super tasty, they can 't resist. we came to tea, we tried almost everywhere to slough, but we just couldn't get the feeling of Indian tee until we tried here. that's just the heaven. we have seen how people also go for halwa puri, we are still trying not to mention that the staff is so helpful and recommend them really good eating after their taste. so long history short. visit here when they come by and enjoy the food and tee."

"Booked pre theatre dinner and it was far too busy for the poor waiting staff to cope. No time to get our dessert. Waited 45 mins for main course. Asked for no bacon in Caesar salad and it arrived with lettuce, bacon and chicken with dressing. Very expensive for a bowl of lettuce and couldn’t eat the bacon. Partner had fish and no complaints there. Didn’t complain to the poor waitress as it wasn’t her fault at all. Poor management and squeezing in far too many tables before theatre. We did get an apology but I’m sure every table got that. Wouldn’t put me off going again just not for a pre theatre dinner as they are full to capacity."

"We've frequented The Courthouse many times over the last 10 years. Having used them for many occasions just for drinks only, or meals with drinks and were not disappointed. We've always collected our choices, even though delivery options are fully available. So, Valentine's became our...next point-of-call. No disappointment in the menu choices. Ordering on-line was, as before, nice and easy (An account is not needed for this). Skip forwards to being called on the day, to be informed that the local road was being worked upon (highways resurfacing) but advised of the 1 minute distanced car park for convenience. I was already aware of this issue, but what service for the business to call, let you now about and offer traffic advice. All choices ordered, were ready on-the-dot. Fully cooked. Containerised separately. Marked up clearly. Service with a smile. It all helped make the Valentines day. Thanks to the Chef the Staff."

"Basic food really. We eat there because we were staying there and didn't want to go out. Just stick to the simple things and you are OK. We had curries one evening which were quite good and fish and chips and chicken the following evening. They were fine, but nothing special. "I am genuinely surprised that this restaurant isn't the most popular in High Wycombe. The food is outstanding, with a wide variety of choices, the service is impeccable, and the atmosphere is enjoyable for both adults and children. While the location can be a bit tricky to find, it's a fantastic family spot to visit before or after a movie, or on your way to the Hollywood Arcade. We happened to be there during a live performance, and my preschooler had a blast. I highly recommend it!"

"My partner suggested this restaurant for a quick lunch on Saturday, wanting something different from fast food. I can now highly recommend this place! It is clean, has a good menu, decent service, and the food is great tasting. I had the best wrap I have had in a long time - a big spicy chicken halloumi wrap with salad, chili sauce, and garlic mayo. My partner had a halloumi wrap that she said was delicious, and my 2-year-old had a box with chicken and chips with ketchup. There is a small seating area, which is sufficient for today's customer flow but may not be enough during a busy lunchtime in the middle of the week, especially if offices in the area are back to full capacity after COVID. I would highly recommend this restaurant."

"The 2 ladies we saw were very polite, helpful and nothing was a problem to them. We had the pensioners Fish Chips which included Peas, Bread Butter plus a hot drink. The fish chips were cooked perfect portions were generous. When we left we thank the ladies for a wonderful meal the best fish chips we had for ages. Will be returning there when next in Taunton. There is a good selection of other meals as well and what we saw with other customer looked wonderful. Will order something different to fish chips next time"

The food was delicious, but there was an issue with one of our orders not being passed on to the kitchen, resulting in a delayed meal for me. Despite this, overall it was a fantastic dining experience."
