"As someone with previous experience in the hospitality industry, I was appalled by the treatment I received at this restaurant yesterday, especially considering the importance of food intolerances and allergies in today's society. Despite explicitly noting my intolerance to onions in the delivery instructions, my pizza arrived loaded with onions. We immediately contacted the restaurant within 5 minutes of the driver's departure to express our dissatisfaction. Instead of receiving a refund or a replacement pizza, I was offered a mere £5 discount on my next order. Needless to say, I declined the offer after wasting money on a meal I couldn't eat and waiting over an hour for delivery. When we threatened to leave a negative review, the manager showed a lack of concern and abruptly ended the call. This experience left us extremely disappointed, as it was our first visit to the restaurant based on a friend's recommendation. We will not be returning."
