"I made a telephone order at 6pm, i went to collect it at 6.20 pm, was told it will be ready in 2 minutes, at 6.45pm my order wasnt ready, was told again it will be 2 minutes, eventually it was ready at 6.50 pm.The girl behind the counter was rubbish just kept making excuses for the delay, i would not recommend the service was terrible."
