"Our first visit to this restaurant was based on recommendations, as we were hoping to find a good alternative to Bodeans in London. We ordered the candy bacon and mac n cheese balls for our starter, but our mains arrived first. After waiting five minutes, we asked about our starters and they were brought out shortly after. Despite the mix-up, the food was very tasty. However, our mains were a bit hit and miss. My double bacon cheeseburger patties were dry and the bun was also dry, which was disappointing. My partner enjoyed his donut burger, although he did notice that something seemed burnt. The rest of the meal was alright and the variety of sauces was impressive. We plan on returning to try the meat trays and we were happy with the compensation offered by the staff, who were excellent. It's a shame that our first visit wasn't perfect, but we hope that our next visit will be better. We will update our review accordingly."
