"I visited kcal kitchen today later in the afternoon and was the only person in, but I guess that in office lunches or post-work before gym time this place will be pretty busy. I love the fresh decor with wooden, white walls and green color splashes, it is really bright and spacious, although it is in a cellar area. I wish they had more powerpoints, because there are only two I could see and both are closely connected to each other, although they have free Wi-Fi, it is not really ideal for sitting when they have to plug in. Just remember and take some 'out of the screen' time and get their personal wellness charge instead! I don't think they're necessarily going to go to a fitness studio to enjoy a kcal kitchen, but if they try to watch what they eat, or just love fresh colorful food kcal is ideal. all the elements on the menu have macro details, so they can choose food that best suits their nutritional needs - this makes it easy to count calories when that is more their ding. Do you want additional protein or maybe looking for lower carbohydrate options? try the side menu where you can get simple things like cooked eggs, extra chicken or fish or maybe even a superfood salad. Do you love tasty hot eating? Why not try a healthier pizza or burger; they also do gluten-free pizzas. there is a refrigerator where they go quickly to eat, but I wanted to sit in and was treated very pleasant and cheerful table service. I had a noodle dish with tofu instead of huh, this came with a sperling of roasted cashews and many silk tofu. the zoodles/courgetti spaghetti with this was so good, tender, but not overcooked. I liked the gentle aromes, with ingwer and garlic and a hauch of chili makes it very refreshing and zingy, especially with a nourishing smoothie with cocos water. the suppe of the day was roasted garlic and tomaten (vegan,) with optional cream freche (veggie version,) and the person that was served was asked if I had a dessert tied, but I was nicely full of my main and smoothie, to decide that pfan cake should be saved for another day. I will soon be back, such a great caffe and nice to have a healthy place to hang, especially since they are open til 7pm."

"My friend and I visited five guys in Nottingham on a Friday during December when the Christmas market was on. This was my first ever visit to a five guys restaurant. Going at lunchtime we expected it to be really busy but it was quite the opposite. we ordered and waited for several minutes for the food prepared before we were handed a brown paper bag. We took this to the upstairs seating area and I was eager to see what I had been missing. I have ordered a little bacon cheeseburger with relish and grilled mushrooms. The burgers come wrapped in silver foil And were pretty squashed together with cheese leaking all over the packaging. The bread bun was fairly standard and the meat patty was a freshly formed burger and very tasty. The bacon was cooked to death but did the job and the relish was more diced pickle to be honest. The burger tasted nice enough, but even Burger King is superior. We ordered a regular portion of chips between us and these came with a cardboard cup somewhat chucked into the brown paper bag. The chips were very nice skin on chips and I can’t fault them, but clearly you don’t go to a place like this for presentation! Well, I’ve now tried five guys, and it was a very average experience all round really, but it stopped me from feeling hungry is about as good a review as I can give it. It wouldn’t bother me if I never came here again though."
