"Usually pizza hut is decent. Really disappointed this time. As usual good deals but ordered on a Saturday afternoon so shouldnt be hugely busy. Estimated delivery time 45 mins. Arrived about 1hr 15 mins later just as I was about to call. Thought ok, must be backed up with orders. Opened it up, definitely not worth the wait! Pizza was stone cold. Nachos were barely topped and cold. Mac and cheese was burnt on one side (as in dry, inedible crunchy pasta with all the sauce on the other side and again cold... all of it had obviously been sat in the shop for a long time. one of the dips was also missing... couldn't be bothered to ring as I know these sorts of places dont care. But safe to say I'm sticking to dominos or papa John's next time"
