"We were sat alongside a table of men watching football who were loud and constantly swearing. Staff seemed to be accepting of this despite it being immediately beside our table which we had pre booked for dinner. The food was cold, we gave this feedback to the person attending to our table. She said “Oh, I will let the kitchen know” and nothing else? There was no further acknowledgement or reference to the feedback provided about the food being cold."
