"Once seated, we placed our order promptly as we were quite hungry. Unfortunately, we waited for over an hour for our food to arrive, all the while having to repeatedly request water which was often ignored. We had a young child with us who is sensitive to black pepper, and we specifically asked for the dish to be prepared without it. However, our request was disregarded, and when the dish was served to the child, she had a terrible reaction.
When we brought this issue to the server's attention, there was a lack of apology and accommodation. To make matters worse, a service charge was added to the bill without our consent. When we asked for it to be removed, the staff did so without inquiring about our concerns. Overall, our experience at this restaurant was simply dreadful."
