"Food ordered online using cafe mela’s own website, after an hour the food had not arrived so called to see a time it may arrive, got told it would be a further wait, another 30 mins later and they said they would call the driver,...and call back, 30mins later still no call or food and they now say the food had been delivered, or should have been, gave another 20 mins and called back still not food and now claiming they don’t deliver to the area (despite doing so before and the website allowing the order), that they have no idea which delivery driver has the food, and that they could offer us the 20% off next order, which you already get when ordering online. Customer service was shocking and food never arrived, said they would refund but takes a while to reach account, and no way of confirming this. Response from cafe mela was its only just over £20 don’t worry about it."
