"I write rarely cripples, but unfortunately this was one of the worst takes I had. I was looking for a good restaurant in the near east in the opposite and I was really hopeful in the face of the experiences of other peoples that the prices are justified by a... tempting meal. Unfortunately this was not the case. Maybe it was because it was a Tuesday night and her chef was not on or so, but the meal I had was on place with a bad kebab shop and the price was 3x so much. the lamb was hard and boiled over, the chicken was perfect, but not big, and the falafel was good, but not £7 good. I'm sorry, but I'm not going back."

"I had been to this restaurant twice before and found it reasonably good so I took some relatives there. They were quite happy with the food. I had spicy chicken wings as a starter, which I had had before, and they were good. I was...not too sure about the lamb skewers as main however they were acceptable. What is not acceptable, and the reason why I will not be back, is that they charge 10 for corkage! This is absolutely not on, their website mentions that you can bring your own wine but it does not mention any charge, and this is not honest. 10 for opening a bottle, which I had to buy and carry to the restaurant? Come on! This is an unacceptable rip off. They made a 10 profit and lost a customer for ever. I would appreciate a reply from them but I doubt I will get one, they don't look like the kind of people who worry about Tripadvisor"

"this restaurant is very stylish and beautiful, they have a piano and have a pianist playing on Saturday. I went for the engagement of a friend who booked the whole restaurant and arranged a set menu. when I found out that the restaurant served Persian dips, I was really excited to get and taste something else and exotic. "I visited this establishment on Saturday for my husbands birthday. I was very underwelmed by the customer service i recieved. When we arrived a small group of 6 people also arrived approx 5 mins after). We placed our order and proceeded to wait, the small group placed there order 5 minutes after us. It was a very long wait or the drinks we ordered but we waited patiently. We waited 40 minutes for our food while the larger group recieved their food quite quickly after they ordered and before us I may add). When I questioned the length of time we were waiting, I was taken aback by the response that ' it was no ones fault ' and that they didnt inform us of the delay because ' we didnt ask '. I can honestly say that the food is lovely but the whole establishment is let down by the lack of customer service and the atomosphere as staff were walking around eating and drinking without checking in on guests. My annoyance was more the length of waiting and the customer service as they were not welcoming at all and this was on a SATURDAY NIGHT! Will not be returning even though they are so close to home and the food was pretty decent."

"we ordered from here to eat for a party and the eating was nice, kobideh and huhn were perfect, juicy and tender. for the vegetarian option we had ghormeh sabzi and groom stew, accompanied by rice and brot. they had not done enough for us, very friendly and helpful. all our guests have put together the food, and we will definitely go back for some more delicious persian food."

"The food quality at this restaurant is amazing and the portions are large. The staff is super friendly and beautiful, always helpful to their guests. The happy and satisfied guests in the dining area are a good indication of a reliable restaurant. We were seated at a table with a reservation sign, so we had a 3-hour window to enjoy our meal, which was more than enough since our reservation was at 6 pm. Even though it wasn't dinner time, all the tables were filled with customers. We will definitely be returning!"

"Three of us came here on a quiet Tuesday evening the restaurant had a nice cosy atmosphere. We firstly ordered drinks which arrived promptly however one of the soft drinks was left off and the americano with milk was almost black in colour so we had to ask for more milk but were told by a slightly hostile restaurant that there was milk in it already however she did bring more and the third drink which had been forgotton. We then ordered our food which arrived in a reasonable time as the meat was obviously fresh. We asked for chilli sauce with the meals however the waitress said she had brought one and indicated a very small bowl to share between 3. The food itself was delicious the meat was fresh flavourful and perfectly cooked however the rice was sub standard in my opinion it lacked any flavour and felt like it had been sat around. We asked for the bill and paid in full excluding the optional service charge as we felt the service was not up to par so we did leave a small tip but not the recommended amount. As we went to leave one of the waitresses proceeded to call after me that we had not paid her enough money and our bill was short in front of the whole restaurant. Mortified I allowed my husband to deal with it who explained that the service charge was optional and the reasons why we did not pay it however the waitress disagreed that it was optional and merely shrugged as though he was making it up. All in all the service let the whole experience down and considering we travelled quite away it was very disappointing."
