"1st time returning after lockdown Ordered food and various drinks as we were in a group, and it is table service via the online site only. Short while after food and drinks delivered, we were rudely accused by the waitress of taking other peoples drinks. We all provided the email receipts when challenged, and the waitress stormed off. No apology. Few minutes later asked again shortly after by another staff member why we had been taking drinks we had not paid for. Explained ourselves again, no apology at all. Left a sour taste after spending £100+ at this place, which we normally love."
