"I had a great experience at a drink spot in Coventry. The staff was helpful, even though they were wearing masks. They explained how to order using the steps on the cash register, which made it clear and easy to order. The wait was sometimes long, but it may have been because their drinks were so good! The staff even helped us add a straw to our drinks, which was difficult to do on our own. Overall, the staff and atmosphere were really nice. Just remember to keep your order ticket with you, as they will collect it. They explained that some young people try to use other people's tickets to get free drinks. The staff and drinks were so good that I don't mind waiting in line for their amazing passion fruit tea!"
